Shipping & Returns
Pre-Orders & Processing
All Soft Blends orders are placed on a pre-order basis. This allows each order to be carefully prepared and sourced before being dispatched.
Please allow up to 14 business days for order processing before your order is shipped. This is our standard processing timeframe and is the timeframe customers should allow when placing an order.
While 14 business days is our standard processing period, some orders may be processed and dispatched sooner depending on availability and order volume. If your order is ready earlier, you may therefore receive it sooner than the estimated timeframe.
The processing period does not include shipping time. Once your order has been dispatched, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for delivery.
Shipping
Once your order has completed processing, it will be dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout. You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with any applicable tracking information.
Soft Blends is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, postal service, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside of our control.
Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot guarantee changes to delivery information once an order has entered processing.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all hair sales are final once the order has been received and the hair has been handled, worn, installed, altered or chemically processed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect length or colour selection, or dissatisfaction resulting from alterations made to the hair after purchase.
If you believe your order has arrived with an issue, please contact us before installing, altering, colouring, bleaching or otherwise using the hair. Any concerns must be reported within the timeframe stated in our Returns Policy so that the matter can be assessed.
Hair that has been worn, installed, coloured, bleached, chemically treated, cut or otherwise altered cannot be returned or exchanged.

Hair Care Guide
Hair Care & Disclaimer
Our extensions are made from 100% human hair and should be treated with care to preserve their quality, appearance and longevity. With proper care and maintenance, our hair can last approximately 2–4 years. The lifespan of your extensions will vary depending on how frequently they are worn, installed, styled and treated.
Colour & Chemical Treatments
Our hair can be coloured and chemically treated; however, any colouring, bleaching, toning, dyeing, relaxing, perming or other chemical treatment is carried out entirely at the customer’s own risk.
Although our hair is suitable for colouring, we cannot guarantee the result of any colour or chemical treatment performed after purchase. Processing can alter the hair’s original colour, texture and condition and may result in dryness, breakage, shedding, tangling or matting.
We strongly recommend having any chemical treatment carried out by a qualified professional. Soft Blends cannot be held responsible for any damage, colour result, texture change or other issue caused by chemical treatments carried out after purchase.
Heat & Styling
Our extensions can be heat styled and can be worn straight, curled or in other desired styles. However, just like your natural hair, excessive heat or consistently using extremely high temperatures can compromise the condition of the hair over time.
Excessive heat may lead to dryness, breakage, split ends, shedding or changes to the hair’s natural texture and appearance. Any damage resulting from excessive, improper or prolonged heat use after purchase is the responsibility of the customer.
Installation
We recommend having your extensions installed by a qualified and experienced hair professional. Any installation carried out by yourself or a third party is undertaken at the customer’s own risk.
Soft Blends is not responsible for damage to the extensions, natural hair or scalp resulting from incorrect installation, excessive tension, improper maintenance or the actions of a third-party stylist.
Natural Variations
As our extensions are made from genuine human hair, each product is naturally unique. Slight variations in colour, texture, density, length and overall appearance may occur between bundles.
These natural variations are not necessarily considered defects. Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
Hair Longevity
With proper care and maintenance, Soft Blends extensions can last approximately 2–4 years. This is an estimated lifespan and is not a guarantee, as the longevity of the hair depends on individual use, installation, styling and maintenance.
Excessive heat, frequent chemical processing, colouring, bleaching, rough handling, improper installation or unsuitable products can significantly affect the condition and lifespan of the hair.
Customer Responsibility
Once your order has been received, you are responsible for how the hair is handled, installed, styled, coloured and maintained.
By purchasing from Soft Blends, you acknowledge that any colouring, bleaching, chemical processing, heat styling, installation or other alteration carried out after purchase is undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
Soft Blends cannot be held responsible for damage or changes to the hair resulting from post-purchase treatments, alterations, styling, installation or improper care.
